IncaMail Outlook Add-in

 

 

IncaMail offers a convenient, free add-in for Microsoft Outlook users. You can easily and conveniently send e-mail via IncaMail and have a simple and appealing interface, which you can use to control all IncaMail options.

Functions
- Choice of all methods for sending (confidential e-mail, Swiss Post Registered, and eGov Registered)
- Send a PIN via text message and fax
- Define your own PIN and turn off PIN
- Show or suppress the sender and subject line
- Define the language for the recipient
- Languages: German, English, and French
- Possibility to automate installation in a company environment

Requirements
- Active IncaMail account
- Credit balance for sending (buy now)
- POP Connection to IncaMail in Outlook

System requirements
- Microsoft Windows XP or Vista (with the latest Service Pack installed)
- Microsoft Outlook 2003 (Service Pack 3) or 2007 (Service Pack 2)
- 6 MB free space on your hard drive
- Please note: This add-in is not compatible with Outlook Express

Corporate customers
The add-in is suitable for central administration in your company’s network. We would be happy to make an adapted version (parametrizable, unpacked and with instruction) available to you on Request. As a corporate customer, you can also access IncaMail via a Mailserver connection (e.g with MS Exchange) instead of via POP.
