You have new options available if you want to write a new message after installing your Outlook add-in. You can send confidential e-mails and Swiss Post Registered directly from Outlook.

If you select the field "Registered" or "Confidential", other fields open which are necessary for sending an IncaMail.

Sending the PIN (Top)


You have a choice of how the PIN is sent to the recipient. IncaMail provides you with the options of "SMS" and "FAX". Click the option you want and enter the required mobile phone or fax number in the box. The recipient will immediately receive an SMS or a fax with the required PIN. Of course you can also inform the recipient of the PIN in person or by telephone. You also have the choice of sending a confidential IncaMail without a PIN, but here the security of the transfer is reduced. When sending a Swiss Post Registered it is not possible to send it without a PIN.

Please note that these options work only with a single recipient. If your IncaMail is supposed to be sent to several recipients, you can do the following:
Send your IncaMail to the recipients without selecting the PIN options. You will then receive a secure e-mail which contains the required PINS as well as the recipients. Now you can inform the recipients of the corresponding PINS however you choose. It is also possible to choose a PIN which is valid for all recipients. Of course you also have the option of sending an IncaMail without a PIN to several recipients.

Selecting the PIN (Top)

You choose if the PIN (what is a PIN) is to be allocated via IncaMail or whether you yourself want to determine the series of numbers of the PIN. A PIN selected by you can also be used by several recipients.

Display sender or subject (Top)

Here you have the possibility of choosing whether the recipient can see your e-mail address and/or the subject line in the pickup invitation. If you decide to keep one or both of these pieces of information confidential, only the word "confidential" will appear here in the pickup invitation. 

 

Select recipient language (Top)

Here you can choose the language of the pickup invitation sent to the recipient. As standard the pickup invitation is sent in the same language which you use in Outlook.
