Integrate IncaMail completely into your current infrastructure. Each employee is able to send and receive IncaMail from his usual and familiar mail client. E-mail traffic is still routed through your existing mail server.

 

Employees have the following options for marking an e-mail as IncaMail:
- activating the Confidential flag
- entering tags (for example, <r> for Swiss Post Registered) in the Subject cell
- using an Outlook address-in an interface for IncaMail (available soon)

The rules for recognizing the marking are implemented in the customer’s gateway. There are two possibilities:
a) The gateway in question is already set up with appropriate software.
b) The gateway in question is not yet set up. We can supply the necessary software.

IncaMail is transmitted to the recipient via the IncaMail secure messaging service while normal e-mail is forwarded directly from the customer’s mail gateway to the recipient.

Incoming e-mails are recognized using domain integration on the IncaMail gateway, forwarded to the customer’s mail server, and shown directly in the inbox of the recipient’s mail client
