Integrate IncaMail completely into your current infrastructure. Each employee is able to send and receive IncaMail from his usual and familiar mail client. E-mail traffic is still routed through your existing mail server.

 

Employees have the following options for marking an e-mail as IncaMail:
- Confidential flag
- entering tags (for example, <r> for Swiss Post Registered) in the Subject cell
- using an Outlook add-in as an interface for IncaMail (available soon)

All e-mails are transmitted encrypted to the IncaMail gateway service, where regular e-mail and IncaMail are separated. IncaMail is transmitted to the recipient via the IncaMail secure messaging service while normal e-mail is forwarded directly to the recipient.

Incoming e-mails are recognized using domain integration on the IncaMail gateway, forwarded to the customer’s mail server, and shown directly in the inbox of the recipient’s mail client.
