IncaMail adapts to your needs; therefore you have a choice among three different ways of sending messages.

Confidential E-Mail Each e-mail is encrypted by IncaMail and made unreadable for others, and then transmitted to the correct recipient. The sender receives proof of delivery if requested. Confidential e-mails have a pickup period of 30 days and can no longer be picked up by the recipient afterwards.

Swiss Post Registered In addition to confidential dispatch, the sender receives a signed dispatch and received receipt in the form of a pdf file from the Swiss Post. The dispatch receipt comes immediately after sending. The received receipt comes after the final recipient has picked up the e-mail or the pickup deadline has expired. The pickup period for Swiss Post Registered is 7 days.

eGov Registered eGov Registered dispatches are used for procedural submissions in conjunction with the Ordinance on Electronic Transmissions as Part of an Administrative Procedure. The recipient of a eGov Registered message must be in the possession of a valid certificate from an accredited Swiss issuing agency. In all other ways, this method of dispatch corresponds to Swiss Post Registered.
